Timelines
There are many
plugins and modules within HIATLANTIS and not all plugins are needed
by all business. Development takes place considering the whole and
projects scheduled based on the needs of the whole and not the single
business.
Bug
fixes
Bug
fixes are managed by our internal development group and are given
priority as to the severity of the issues. The bug tracking system
is used to manage this process and all changes may be applied as
they become available.
Why
is installation handled manually
At this time
we have not developed an installer for HIATLANTIS. The database
and applications are installed on your server once you have it operational.
What
about my older version of HIATLANTIS on Linux or Windows?
We have dropped
support for Windows servers in late 2005. Windows was an issue with
security and company confidential information. The decision was
made with everyone in mind and most companies have converted to
MigrationSERVER. Those companies currently running HIATLANTIS on
Linux may purchase a support agreement and be brought up to the
latest version of the application. Those running on Windows may
contact us or a Gold Techology Alignment partner and have their
systems converted to MigrationSERVER. For those on Linux, an annual
support agreement is inexpensive and will assure you get the latest
updates.
